About the job Butcher Helper
Description of Responsibilities:
- Verify and organize the operation of the butcher and fish cuts, designating activities to butchers and assistants, reporting with the objective of having quality products in stock.
- Ensure the correct portioning of meat, fish and poultry according to the requirements of each consumption center.
- Support the day's operation derived from the briefing instruction.
- Coordinate activities with available staff, planning and organizing timely deliveries during opening hours.
- Maintain strict control of equipment, tools and products for the operation.
- Report to the Chef Butcher any anomalies in the different shifts for follow-up.
- Maintains the supply and operation of the services in the different kitchens.
