Carpenter

Description of Responsibilities:

• Manage the proper use and care of tools and work equipment, reporting tool and material needs as required.
• Performs regular inspections of the hotel facilities to identify and fix problems before they become major problems. This includes the repair of furniture, doors, closets, tables, chairs and in general all wooden furniture inside the hotel, to ensure the good condition of the furniture.
• It makes good use of material resources for the maintenance and repair of furniture in the different areas, to contribute to the achievement of the allocated budget.
• Report all detected anomalies to the Supervision for follow-up.
• Makes proper use of the materials and tools necessary for the performance of their duties.
• Make a log of the work in progress or concluded, to keep track of the progress. 
• Coordinates with external companies for specialized services and ensures that all materials used comply with regulations and safety standards. 
• Operates the necessary machinery that the job demands, complying with established safety standards.
