Butler Supervisor

The Butler Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing a team of butlers and ensuring that exceptional service is provided to our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering top-notch service.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of butlers, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for butler services
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Oversee inventory management and procurement of supplies
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of butler service standards and protocols
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
