General Manager

Responsibilities:

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the propertys operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences and financial success. As leader of the executive team, the General Manager plays a unique role in maintaining the hotels reputation in line with Blue Diamond Hotels standards.

Requirements:

• 5 years plus Hotel General Manager experience in the West Indies Region Mandatory
• Proven success in delivering financial targets
• Previous experience in developing best practice systems and processes
• Experience in AAA Diamond and Cristal certifications
• Experience in customer service at Grand Tourism Hotels
• Ability and capacity to lead and motivate work and diverse teams
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute strategic plans towards hotel operations
• Ability to make strategic decisions and problem-solving effectively
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, business partners and employees
• Advanced level of English.
