Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Training Coordinator to join our team. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and implementing training programs for our employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service to our guests. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement training programs for all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and activities - Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and create customized training plans - Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing employees - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments - Create and maintain training materials, manuals, and resources - Coordinate with external training providers to bring in specialized training for specific roles or skills - Organize and schedule training sessions, ensuring all employees are aware of the schedule and attend as required - Maintain accurate records of employee training and certifications - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development - Assist with onboarding of new employees and provide support for their training needs - Work closely with the HR team to ensure all training is aligned with company policies and procedures - Provide support to employees on training-related inquiries and concerns Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field - 2-3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the hospitality industry - Strong knowledge of training techniques and adult learning principles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proven organizational and time-management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and training software - Willingness to travel to different resort locations as needed We Offer: - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunities for career growth and development - A dynamic and supportive work environment - Discounted rates at our resorts for you and your family and friends - A chance to be part of a fast-growing and successful company If you are passionate about training and development and have a strong background in the hospitality industry, we want to hear from you!
