We are looking for a creative and experienced Mixologist to join our team and craft unforgettable cocktails for our guests. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for designing innovative drink recipes, providing exceptional customer service, and creating a vibrant atmosphere in our bar. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, a deep knowledge of spirits and ingredients, and the ability to engage with guests to create personalized experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and prepare a wide variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences.
  • Develop and maintain an extensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, mixers, and garnishes to craft unique and memorable drinks.
  • Engage with guests to understand their preferences and suggest personalized cocktails based on their tastes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, including proper storage and handling of ingredients, glassware, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to create drink pairings for menu items and special events.
  • Provide training and mentorship to other bar staff to maintain consistent quality and service standards.
  • Stay current with industry trends and techniques to continually enhance the bar program and offerings.
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximize profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting is required.
  • Extensive knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and mixology techniques.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity and innovation.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • TIPS or similar certification for responsible alcohol service preferred.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
