We are seeking a passionate and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our spa facility. In this role, you will be responsible for managing spa staff, coordinating services, and ensuring that guests receive exceptional care and relaxation. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience in the spa industry, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate spa staff, including massage therapists, estheticians, and receptionists, to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
  • Schedule and manage spa appointments, ensuring proper allocation of resources and adherence to appointment times.
  • Monitor and maintain spa facilities, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and locker rooms, to ensure cleanliness, safety, and comfort for guests.
  • Train and mentor spa staff to uphold service standards, enhance their skills, and provide personalized experiences for guests.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to exceed guest expectations.
  • Assist in developing and implementing spa promotions, packages, and special events to drive revenue and attract new guests.
  • Maintain inventory of spa products and supplies, and assist in ordering and replenishing as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including proper sanitation and disinfection procedures.
  • Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and products to continually enhance the spa experience for guests.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Spa Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the spa industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Knowledge of spa treatments, techniques, and products.
  • Proficiency in spa management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
