Description of Responsibilities:

Operational Activities

Head of the Bell Boy department.

  • Support the strategy to ensure compliance with the KPIs established for their area of responsibility.
  • Proactively make suggestions to improve guest satisfaction.
  • Know and comply with the standards established by Marriott as well as the type of memberships existing in the Marriott Bonvoy program.
  • Know and make known to its collaborators all the SOPs and policies related to the Bell Boy department.
  • Ensure that the area is always available.
  • Make sure that the work area is always kept clean and tidy.
  • Ensure that baggage handling is easy and quick for all arriving or departing guests.
  • Maintain a close relationship with the reception/information/cashier, as well as with other departments.
  • Attends to all guest requests for services related to the Bell Boy/Front Door service.
  • Check the daily check-in and check the list of VIP guests or guests with special needs.
  • Ensure that the hotel bus service and airport transfer are carried out smoothly and correctly.
  • Help to always respect safety regulations.
  • Alert Management to any unattended and unknown packages found on the premises.
  • Perform their respective role in the department's briefing to be informed and updated on the relevant problems of the hotel's operation, considering what is necessary for the execution of the daily task
