At Blue Diamond Resorts, our policy regarding the Management Team focuses on maximizing internal promotion and creating a management team formed internally, with the goal of assimilating and incorporating the know-how of the different brands that are part of our Company.

To achieve this, we have the Management Trainee Program through which we identify and develop young talents on their path to hotel management. This plan is a fundamental tool that helps us plan the growth and development of those who occupy key positions within our operations and who, throughout the process, demonstrate potential to become future hotel directors at Blue Diamond Resorts.

Candidate Profile and Evaluation Criteria:

· Education: Last semester students or recent graduates from Business and Hospitality Management, Tourism, Culinary, or similar schools at International Universities

· Experience: At least two internships or an internship experience equivalent to 6 months in the hotel industry

· Linguistic competence: Advanced level of English and Spanish (written and spoken), German, or any other language.

· Professional aspirations: A genuine desire to excel in the field of hotel management and pursue a long-term career in hotel management.

· Guest experience-focused: Must show a high development of customer focus competence, empathy, creativity, resilience, flexibility, diversity, and inclusion

· Mobility: Able to participate in training programs at different properties in different region.

· Professionalism: Demonstrate professional behavior, ethical conduct, and a positive attitude towards guests, colleagues, and the organization.

· Teamwork and Collaboration: Actively participate in team activities, support peers, and foster a collaborative work environment.

· Leadership Potential: Show leadership qualities, such as problem-solving skills, decision-making abilities, and effective communication. Show the ability to lead a diverse team.
