POSITION DETAILS: 

JOB PURPOSE OVERVIEW

Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive Fee For Service & Joint Venture events portfolio objectives including brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role will lead a dynamic marketing team, oversee campaigns across multiple channels, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objective. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth. 
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve campaign goals and deliver exceptional results.
  • Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and meet key performance indicators.
  • Analyse marketing data to assess campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

DIRECT REPORTS : Marketing Specialist, Marketing Senior Specialist,

CONTRIBUTION TO CULTURE : Promote Ethara's brand values, vision and mission and by creating campaign concepts that reinforces Ethara's culture.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • UAE based with domestic and international travel as required.
  • Remote working permitted in line with Human Capital policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE EXPECTED: 5-10 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on events and entertainment companies / clients.

EDUCATION EXPECTED: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).

SOFT SKILLS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

TECHNICAL SKILLS 

  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.


STRATIGY DEVELOPMENT & CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives across Fee For Service & Joint Venture events portfolio and relevant events.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies across Fee For Service & Joint Venture events portfolio and relevant events.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute brand positioning and messaging across Fee For Service & Joint Venture events portfolio and relevant events.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, email, and events - across Fee For Service & Joint Venture events portfolio and relevant events.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet KPIs.

BRAND MANAGEMENT & CUSTOMER INSIGHTS

  • Maintain and enhance the event and brands image, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
  • Develop and oversee the execution of brand campaigns and initiatives.
  • Utilize customer insights and data to inform marketing strategies and improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Conduct market research and analyse consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.

BUDGET,ANALYTICS & REPORTING

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing spend and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Analyze marketing performance data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on campaign performance, ROI, and recommendations for improvement.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Execute grade requirements according to the Delegation of Authority (DoA) while delegating tasks when appropriate.
  • Ensure compliance with (i) relevant regulatory and legal requirements; and (ii) the Company's governance structures e.g. Articles of Association, DoA, policies and procedures, trade license requirements, any relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Execute requests from reporting line i.e. requests within the broad scope of the roles and responsibilities of this job description.
