Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, International Development, or a related discipline

- Minimum of 9 years of experience in programme development and management, preferably in a global organization

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team

- Proven track record of developing successful programmes and achieving results

- Fluency in English, both written and verbal

- Willingness to travel as needed
