Are you passionate about inspiring young minds and celebrating the rich history and culture of the UAE? We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic UAE Nationals to join our BLR WORLD team as an Experience Executive. In this on-demand role, you will lead engaging workshops for children and youth aged 6-17 at the prestigious Etihad Museum, a 21st-century facility located at the heart of the UAE's founding.

About the Etihad Museum:

The Etihad Museum stands where the UAE was born in 1971, offering an immersive journey through the events leading to the unification of the Emirates. Focusing on the pivotal

  • enthusiasm.

  • Skilled in engaging and teaching young people (ages 6-17) with passion and

period between 1968 and 1974, the museum's programs aim to actively educate visitors on the UAE's history, culture, arts, and events, creating an interactive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver age-appropriate workshops aligned with the museum's mission in a fun and engaging manner.

  • Implement interactive activities promoting learning, creativity, and teamwork.

  • Encourage participation and engagement, ensuring a safe and positive environment.

  • Assess and evaluate workshop effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.

  • Collaborate with fellow facilitators and museum staff for a cohesive program.

  • Present enthusiasm and a positive attitude towards the UAE's ethos, culture, history, arts, and events.

  • Attend required training to uphold standards.


Skills:

  • Skilled in engaging and teaching young people (ages 6-17) with passion and enthusiasm.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to create a positive and safe learning environment.

  • Team player with strong organizational and planning skills.

  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new teaching methods.

  • Sense of humor and a likable personality.

  • Ability to present scripts in an engaging and theatrical manner.

  • Fluent in Arabic.

Education:

Training or certification in youth development, facilitation, or a related field is a plus.

Work Environment:
