About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Pavilion staff to join the Bahrain Pavilion team for the Osaka Expo 2025. As representatives of the Pavilion, you will play a critical role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for visitors from around the world. Fluency in English and Japanese are essential for effective communication with guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • You have a strong work ethic with a willingness to perform repetitive tasks.

  • You excel in communication with people, have a service-oriented attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.

  • You are flexible to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.

• Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for long periods and manage physically demanding tasks.

  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Language Skills:

  • Fluent in Japanese and English; Arabic is a plus.

• Experience:

  • You bring prior experience of minimum three years of experience in operations, hospitality management, events, or customer service leadership roles

• Work Eligibility: Legal authorization to work in Japan.

Duration:

• Availability between: 1st April 2025 13th October 2025

• Pavilion public opening hours: (9:00am to 9pm)

• Work Schedule: 9 working hours per day, 6 working days per week
