Muraba, an atypical, boutique real estate developer based in Dubai, is launching Muraba Veil, a tower designed by RCR Arquitectes (Pritzker Prize Laureates). This surreal architectural sculpture, never attempted before, represents a global engineering first and will become a new landmark in Dubai's skyline. We are seeking a Communication & Marketing Manager to join the Muraba team, bringing a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution to this exciting role.

Reporting directly to: Founder & Managing Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with leadership, brand partner, Sales, Design, and Development teams to implement communication and marketing strategies aligned with brand positioning under the guardianship of our branding partner.
- Lead communication deliverables, including but not limited to branding, PR, content creation, media campaign planning and management, website management, signage, fact sheets, brochures, and design catalogs (with support from our branding partner).
- Develop and execute annual communication and marketing strategies, focusing on audience engagement, brand affinity, and conversion-driven marketing that encourages visits to the gallery and purchases.
- Balance public visibility efforts with actionable marketing initiatives aimed at driving business results.
- Previous experience in Real Estate is preferable
- Build and develop a marketing communications team that aligns with business goals, focusing on continuous engagement throughout the construction and launch phases of the project.
- Proactively manage the budget and resources allocated to marketing and communication efforts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and impactful results.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of all programs, making real-time adjustments and optimizations as needed to meet business objectives.
Experience
- A seasoned marketer with 7+ years of senior-level experience in marketing and communication within reputable agencies or in-house roles.
- Proven track record in direct response marketing programs, with a focus on driving measurable, conversion-driven results.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments, preferably with exposure to launching large-scale, innovative projects in real estate sector.
- Candidates need to have an understanding and relevant experience of driving purchases and engagement.
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of marketing: communications strategy, brand management, omni-channel media planning and buying, print/digital materials production, market research, and analytics.
