About the role

This role’s main responsibility is to assist the Head of this program, the General Manager of Education & Talent Development, a senior executive in the Commission, and their department that is overseeing the project and the individual units.

Responsibilities

  • Working directly with the General Manager of Education & Talent Development and assisting with the administrative tasks within the whole team across all the different units
  • Providing support to other units if required and when needed
  • Managing the schedule and communication (e.g. letters) of the General Manager of Education & Talent Development in both English and Arabic
  • Archiving emails and organising calendars, meeting invites, and documents for meetings
  • Assisting with the General Manager of Education & Talent Development workload
  • Providing regular reports and updates

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a field related to Business Administration or similar
  • English and Arabic are essential

Location & Commitments

  • Full-time, Contracted.

  • Work 5 days a week (flexibility on days according to project needs), 9 hours a day, including a 1-hour lunch break
  • Office based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia, with flexibility to attend offsite meetings, some of which may be overseas
