Recently, Pitch International has been appointed by Qatar's central government to provide a complete sponsorship service on behalf of Qatar’s wholly owned corporate assets, notably Qatar Airways, Qatar Tourism, Qatar National Bank, and Ooredoo. This partnership has enabled Pitch International to execute some of the largest sponsorships in the world of sport over the past two years.
To build on this position of strength, Pitch is expanding its presence in Qatar and is recruiting for several positions to ensure our clients are fully supported in their pursuit of new opportunities and optimised delivery.
Responsibilities:
Oversee ticket distribution and ensure smooth execution for key events, working closely with clients and partners.
Manage multiple partnerships, ensuring the successful integration and delivery of ticketing and hospitality programs.
Support key clients in the delivery of the Sports Ticketing and Hospitality programs globally.
Manage key ticketing and hospitality systems to ensure the smooth delivery of guest programs to clients and their guests.
Work closely with the Account Director and leadership to manage budgets and align with agency financial practices.
Attend events, manage key guests on the ground in local markets, and ensure seamless execution.
Provide detailed event reporting and data management, including information on attendance and client satisfaction.
Essential Skills:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partnerships and drive project success.
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment, grasp new projects, and deliver effectively.
2+ years of experience in a ticketing, hospitality, or operations role, with exposure to partnership management and large-scale events.
Strong understanding of the sports industry and willingness to learn and grow.
Ability to manage budgets and partnerships across various stakeholders.
Desirable Skills:
Proficiency in languages, including Arabic.
A passion for developing a career in the sports industry and building strong relationships with clients and partners.
