About the Role
As a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing team by developing social media content, tracking marketing performance, and creating engaging marketing materials. This role requires a combination of creativity, organization, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Develop compelling social media content, including images, videos, and written posts.
Design Support: Assist in designing and formatting presentations, reports, graphs, and marketing materials.
Branding & Templates: Support the creation and maintenance of branding guidelines and templates for internal and external use.
Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms.
Performance Reporting: Track and analyze key marketing and social media metrics, providing insights and reports to enhance engagement.
Candidate Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in marketing, social media, or a related field
Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms
Experience with Google Suite/MS Office for creating reports and presentations
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple assignments
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights
Hard Skills:
Social media strategy development and execution.
Content creation (posts, stories, reels) for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
Basic graphic design knowledge (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Meta ads and campaign management.
Soft Skills:
Creativity and innovation in content creation.
Team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and strategic thinking.
Location & Commitments
Full-time, Contracted.
Work 5 days a week (flexibility on days according to project needs), 9 hours a day, including a 1-hour lunch break
