About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support a project in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will assist the Saudi project team with a variety of administrative and project coordination tasks, including data entry, document management, interview evaluations, progress tracking, and follow-up on project deliverables.

This internship offers an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in project operations, develop essential workplace skills, and work collaboratively in a professional, international environment. This is a project-based internship running until the end of September 2026 (up to 3 months).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Saudi team

  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate project records and databases.
  • Review and score candidates' virtual interviews based on established evaluation criteria.
  • Organize, file, and maintain project documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of pending tasks and deliverables.
  • Assist in coordinating project schedules, meetings, and project-related activities.
  • Monitor project trackers and update progress reports as required.

  • Perform general administrative duties to support the project team.

  • Carry out other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Project Manager.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic both written and spoken.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets.

The intern is required to have their own laptop and reliable internet access for the duration of the internship.
