The Opportunity

We're seeking a motivated and skilled litigation attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience to

join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of meaningful

cases, develop your litigation expertise, and make a real impact in the lives of employees

facing workplace injustice. You'll work independently while being supported by a

collaborative team that values professional growth.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a diverse caseload of employment litigation matters from inception through
  • resolution
  • Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and dispositive motions with
  • precision and strategic thinking
  • Conduct and defend depositions confidently and effectively
  • Prepare and argue motions, including motions for summary judgment, before state
  • and federal courts
  • Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and case management conferences
  • Develop case strategy and maintain strong client relationships through regular
  • communication and updates
  • Collaborate with opposing counsel and actively participate in settlement
  • negotiations
  • Prepare cases for trial and assist with compelling trial presentations

What We're Looking For

  • 3 to 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in employment law or civil litigation
  • Active California State Bar membership in good standing
  • Proven ability to manage cases independently from start to finish
  • Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills
  • Experience with discovery, motion practice, and depositions
  • Excellent client communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities
  • Passion for advocating for employee rights and workplace justice
