Positon Purpose
The HR Operations Lead is responsible for all HR operational and process-oriented HR policies and processes for Bloom Education.
Professional Duties and Responsibilities
- Works closely with the SLT and School HRs to contribute to the design and development of strategic approaches that drive organizational effectiveness and performance.
- Supports the employee engagement and wellbeing activities by proposing initiatives and establishing plans for enhancement of the organizations culture.
- Compare benefits and compensation plans, job classifications and salaries through data and cost analysis.
- Conduct analysis of organizations systems to facilitate a service-oriented culture.
- Analyse and support Job Evaluations as needed across Bloom Education.
- Develop policies and procedures and provide a broad range of consultative services to all levels of employees regarding policies and procedures for Bloom Education.
- Develop HR SOPs and provide a broad range of consultative services to all levels of employees regarding SOPs for Bloom Education.
- Actively assist in the design and delivery of an evolving talent management and succession planning process for Bloom Education.
- Provides consultation services in strategy development and execution, planning and facilitation of employee relations efforts.
- Design, communicate and implement change management initiatives, under the guidance of the CEO.
- Ensures change happens through implementation of strategies, projects, or initiatives and reviews outcomes of these and their contribution to achieving business strategy.
- Travel to schools located in different Emirates is required.
Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
- Minimum of a Bachelors Degree from a recognized University / Institute
- Preferable bilingual in English and Arabic
- Minimum 5 years experience as HR Generalist
- Knowledge of employee compensation and benefits administration
- Highly competent in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Well experienced in creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Experience in handling employee grievances and conducting thorough investigations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Great attention to detail
- Problem-solving ability
- Good communication skills in verbal and non-verbal.
