We are looking for a qualified and experienced Curriculum Coordinator for our Nursery located in Nimah, Al Ain. The position is available immediately.

Responsibilities:
The Curriculum Coordinator has overall responsibility for maximizing learning opportunities for children and making a positive impact on the overall school development through the delivery of high-quality outcomes for all students.
In this context, you will:
- Support the development of policies and practices to ensure high-quality outcomes for all children.
- Promote student progression, improved achievements, and a positive ethos, ensuring staff commitment to shared goals.
- Lead on curriculum coverage, continuity, and progress for all children.
- Solve problems creatively and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate teaching effectiveness, children well-being, and achievements, while encouraging best practices and fostering a culture of praise.
- Provide guidance on teaching methods to ensure effective lessons.
- Implement strategies to enhance teaching, including emerging technologies and creative learning opportunities.
- Stay informed of new developments in early years practice and use research and inspection findings to inform decisions.
- Lead the organization of shared areas and displays with educational value.
- Set clear expectations and establish strong working relationships with colleagues.
- Act as a performance management appraiser for teachers.
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and the Nursery Principal.
- Work with the H&S officer to maintain a safe working and learning environment.
- Support new staff members and participate in ongoing professional development."
Requirements :
- A Bachelor of Education (or similar)
- At least four years teaching experience
- Experience in middle leadership is preferable
- Native Arabic speaker with competence in English (IELTS 6+ preferred)
- Experience in English EYFS framework would be an advantage
- Demonstrate professionalism, commitment and integrity
- Inter-culturally aware with well-developed communication skills
- Innovative, motivated, resourceful, flexible, patient and can persevere
- Outgoing, positive and enthusiastic
- Good spoken communication skills
