Cluster Head of Academic Data and Reporting

Bloom Education is now recruiting for qualified and experienced Cluster Head of Academic Data and Reporting.

This person will be responsible for overseeing the management of student data, conducting comprehensive data analysis, and identifying trends. This position involves analysing data to meet both internal and external requirements, aiding in data-driven decision-making to enhance our academic programs and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the cluster and school level administration in developing, understanding and communicating assessment protocols and schedules in order to generate effective responses to the school/students needs and to ensure the best possible testing environment
• Ensure the generation and safe possession of substantive data to meet KHDA / Board / internal needs for inspections, reviews and daily usage
• Establish and maintain open lines of communication with staff and administrators concerning students academic attainment and progress
• Conduct regular, thorough data analysis to identify by various student demographic categories within grades, schools and across the cluster as requested by School Leadership Teams, Director of ESE Schools and / or Director of Education
• Design and implement Academic Target Setting Policy
• Design and create assessment marksheets for all relevant staff
• Coordinate with the Inclusion Staff, Counselors and School Leadership Teams regarding special testing provisions for those students who qualify for accommodations
• Plan and conduct staff development activities that focus on the use of data and assessment to enhance learning and collaborative instructional planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field 
• A minimum of 7 years of experience, with at least 3 years of experience in a Senior Leadership position
• Excellent communication skills and ability to write detailed reports
• Experience in the Education entities/American Schools/Government Schools will be an advantage
• Must be fluent in both Arabic and English
• Innovative, motivated, resourceful, flexible and outgoing
•  Demonstrate technology skills
• Flexibility, organization, decision making and problem - solving skills
