Our client is a rapidly scaling LNG infrastructure company backed by leading U.S. and European energy investment specialists. The company specializes in LNG FSRU (Floating Storage Regasification Unit) solutions and is positioned for significant global expansion over the next 18-24 months.

The Marketing & PR Specialist will work directly with the Miami-based CMO to build the company's global brand presence and establish thought leadership in the LNG infrastructure sector. This role is critical in shaping marketing and communications strategy from the ground up in a high-growth, meritocratic environment where English proficiency, aesthetic sensibility, and cross-cultural collaboration are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the CMO in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance global brand awareness and stakeholder engagement across investors, clients, and industry partners
  • Create compelling marketing materials, presentations, and reports with strong aesthetic sensibility, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and brand identity
  • Manage social media presence across multiple platforms, craft press releases and media kits, and handle media inquiries to build industry relationships
  • Act as strategic liaison between US based CMO and Korean headquarters, coordinating seamlessly across time zones and cultural contexts
  • Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to identify trends, opportunities, and positioning strategies in the LNG and energy infrastructure sectors
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Business Development, Project Management, Technical) and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects
  • Translate complex technical information into accessible, engaging marketing content for various audiences
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, maintaining detailed timelines, budgets, and deliverables tracking
  • Coordinate meetings across global time zones, prepare briefing materials, and maintain project management systems
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization

Key Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field
  • Min 5 years of professional experience in marketing, public relations, or corporate communications
  • Exceptional bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (written and verbal) with ability to craft compelling content in both languages
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility and advanced presentation design skills, particularly in PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing tools (social media platforms, CRM software, email marketing, analytics tools)
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in energy, infrastructure, engineering, or industrial sectors
  • Background working with international or U.S.-based organizations with understanding of American business culture
  • Familiarity with LNG, oil & gas, or renewable energy industries
  • Experience supporting C-level executives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, and SEO best practices
  • Experience with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear marketing narratives
  • Cultural agility and comfort navigating both Korean and Western business contexts
