To support this growth trajectory, the company is seeking a Marketing Lead to elevate its marketing function and drive global brand expansion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across both B2C and B2B business lines, spanning brand awareness, demand generation, and customer retention
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and market research to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions
  • Develop sales collateral including pitch decks, product sheets, ROI calculators, and battle cards tailored to complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Build co-marketing partnerships with technology partners, financial institutions, and industry associations
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, SEO/SEM, email marketing, webinars, and industry events
  • Leverage marketing automation tools for efficient lead management and cross-functional collaboration with sales teams
  • Track and optimize marketing performance metrics using data analytics tools to maximize ROI
  • Design and optimize customer journeys across all touchpoints for both B2C and B2B audiences
  • Plan and execute flagship events including user conferences, executive roundtables, webinars, and industry conference participation
  • Manage corporate communications to strengthen brand presence across target markets
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Executive teams to ensure marketing alignment with business objectives
  • Manage relationships with external agencies (creative, digital, event) to maximize budget efficiency
  • Mentor and develop marketing team members, fostering a data-driven decision-making culture
  • Plan and optimize marketing budget allocation across channels and programs
  • Adapt marketing strategies, messaging, and content for international markets and support new market entry through localized campaign development


Key Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a minimum of 5+ years in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, AI solutions, or fintech marketing preferred
  • Proven track record in B2B demand generation and pipeline acceleration with measurable impact on revenue growth
  • Deep expertise in multi-channel campaign management including digital marketing, content marketing, ABM, and event marketing
  • Demonstrated success in marketing to enterprise customers with complex, consultative sales cycles
  • Experience marketing technical/AI products to both technical audiences (data scientists, risk managers) and business audiences (C-level executives, decision-makers) preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, derive actionable insights, and make evidence-based decisions
  • Ability to balance high-level strategic planning with hands-on tactical execution
  • Proven ability to optimize marketing spend, track funnel metrics, and demonstrate clear marketing contribution to revenue
  • Expert proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, analytics and data visualization tools, and digital advertising platforms
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English preferred
  • Strong talent for crafting compelling narratives for both technical and business audiences
