With the upcoming establishment of a Japanese subsidiary and increasing market opportunities worldwide, the company is seeking a strategic marketing leader to build and strengthen its global brand presence.
The role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the company's global marketing strategy from the ground up, targeting premium medical institutions, aesthetic clinics, and high-end spa facilities. The position will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across multiple channels, working closely with external marketing partners and agencies to maximize impact and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute global marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
- Build and manage global brand identity and positioning
- Create and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Lead market research and competitive analysis initiatives
- Manage relationships with global marketing agencies and vendors
Digital Marketing & Performance
- Design and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms
- Develop content marketing strategy for B2B audiences
- Implement marketing automation and lead generation programs
- Establish KPIs and analytics frameworks for performance tracking
- Optimize digital marketing ROI across channels
B2B Marketing & Events
- Plan and execute global trade shows and industry events
- Develop targeted marketing programs for medical institutions
- Create educational content for healthcare professionals
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders
- Design customer experience programs for premium clients
Brand & Content Management
- Lead global brand development and guideline establishment
- Oversee creation of marketing collateral and sales tools
- Manage product launches and campaign rollouts
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across markets
- Coordinate with regional teams for localized content
Budget & Resource Management
- Manage global marketing budget and resource allocation
- Select and oversee external marketing vendors and agencies
- Optimize marketing spend across channels and regions
- Track and report marketing ROI and performance metrics
- Develop and manage marketing team structure
Key Qualifications
- 12+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in medical devices or healthcare
- Proven track record in global brand development and management
- Strong experience in digital marketing and performance tracking
- Demonstrated success in managing external marketing agencies
- Experience in planning and executing international trade shows
- Advanced English proficiency for global business communication
- Must be eligible to work in Korea without visa sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in aesthetic medical device or luxury healthcare marketing
- Track record of successful product launches in multiple markets
- Knowledge of medical device marketing regulations
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
