Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a compensation system linked to performance evaluations and feedback.
- Clarify organizational culture which will serve as the basis for performance evaluations, encompassing work methods and talent perspectives within the team.
- Engage in activities related to nurturing leadership and establishing systems for high-performance team building.
- Handle HR management for business units in Korea, Japan, the USA, and Greater China regions, including coordination with outsourcing partners.
- Oversee the recruitment process from talent acquisition to negotiation of compensation, conduct onboarding processes, and manage employment branding.
- Support the team's needs through comprehensive HR tasks.
Key Qualifications:
- Alignment with the company's brand mission and work culture.
- Minimum of 8 years experience handling comprehensive HR functions in companies with 300+ employees.
- Required experience in designing and managing performance evaluation systems.
- Ability to flexibly advise and support through HR functions in addressing both significant and minor issues within a growing team.
- Capable of clear and compelling communication internally and externally.
- Proficiency in business-level English.
- Experience as an HR lead or HRBP within a growing company (preferred).
- Experience with recruitment branding and external recruitment promotion (preferred).
- Experience in enhancing organizational culture in a fast-growing organization (preferred).
- Capable of handling HR administrative tasks for local employees globally (not expatriates or assignees) (preferred).
- Understanding of the e-commerce business (preferred).
- Experience with pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting (preferred).
