Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for corporate expense management solutions
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve revenue targets
  • Design sales processes, metrics, and KPIs to optimize team performance
  • Create and manage sales forecasts and revenue projections

Market & Client Relations

  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities across business segments
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients
  • Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align market demands

Operations & Management

  • Manage sales operations and CRM optimization
  • Report on sales performance and market trends
  • Monitor and control sales-related budgets
  • Drive team development and performance improvement

Key Qualifications

Experience & Skills

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record in fintech, SaaS, or corporate solution sales
  • Experience in building and scaling sales teams
  • Strong understanding of expense management or corporate card industry
  • Excellent leadership and strategic thinking abilities
  • Outstanding negotiation and communication skills

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Fluent in Korean and English
  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales tools
