Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies for corporate expense management solutions
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Design sales processes, metrics, and KPIs to optimize team performance
- Create and manage sales forecasts and revenue projections
Market & Client Relations
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities across business segments
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients
- Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align market demands
Operations & Management
- Manage sales operations and CRM optimization
- Report on sales performance and market trends
- Monitor and control sales-related budgets
- Drive team development and performance improvement
Key Qualifications
Experience & Skills
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in fintech, SaaS, or corporate solution sales
- Experience in building and scaling sales teams
- Strong understanding of expense management or corporate card industry
- Excellent leadership and strategic thinking abilities
- Outstanding negotiation and communication skills
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Fluent in Korean and English
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales tools
