Key Responsibilities

• Develop the company's mid-to-long-term business strategy and design a comprehensive growth road map.
• Lead the creation and execution of funding strategies, including securing investments.
• Identify strategic M&A opportunities and oversee due diligence and transaction structuring.
• Establish and monitor company-wide KPI management frameworks.
• Analyze strategic, financial, and legal risks, and propose actionable solutions to address them.

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading financial strategy and investment initiatives within a startup or scale-up environment.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business issues, define problems, and derive practical solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with executives and key stakeholders.
• Expertise in developing data-driven strategies and executing decision-making processes.
• (Preferred) Over 5 years of experience in strategic consulting, investment banking (IB), or venture capital.
• (Preferred) Experience serving as CFO or CEO staff during a startups scale-up phase.
• (Preferred) Possession of relevant certifications such as CFA or CPA.
• (Preferred) Proficiency in business-level English communication.
