Global Finance Team Lead

Our client is a leading manufacturer of aesthetic medical devices, demonstrating strong growth in global markets including North America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia. With the upcoming establishment of a Japanese subsidiary and expanding global operations, the company is strengthening its leadership team to support this growth phase.

The Global Finance Team plays a crucial role in the company's international expansion by ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting strategic decision-making across global operations. Based in Yongin HQ, the team oversees financial operations of international subsidiaries and leads consolidated financial reporting for the group.

Key Responsibilities

Global Financial Management

• Lead consolidated financial statements preparation and reporting for global operations
• Prepare and review regulatory filings for FSS and KRX (including quarterly/annual reports)
• Ensure compliance with disclosure requirements and accounting standards
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
• Establish and maintain global accounting policies and procedures
• Manage statutory audit processes and relationships with external auditors
• Supervise tax planning and compliance for international operations

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Drive budgeting and forecasting processes across global operations
• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights to management
• Develop and monitor KPIs for global business operations
• Support strategic decision-making with financial modeling and analysis
• Lead cost management initiatives across international operations

Treasury & Risk Management

• Manage global cash flow and working capital optimization
• Oversee FX risk management and hedging strategies
• Monitor and ensure compliance with global financial regulations
• Implement and maintain internal control systems
• Manage relationships with financial institutions

Team & Process Management

• Support CFO in developing and executing global financial strategies
• Coordinate with international subsidiaries on financial reporting and compliance
• Lead process standardization for cross-border financial operations
• Drive improvements in financial systems and digital transformation
• Facilitate communication between HQ and global stakeholders

Key Qualifications

• 12+ years of finance experience with significant exposure to global operations
• Proven experience in consolidated financial statements preparation (K-IFRS)
• Experience in regulatory reporting for listed companies (FSS/KRX)
• Strong understanding of Korean and international accounting standards
• Advanced English proficiency for global business communication
• Experience with ERP systems and financial software platforms
