Company Overview:
Our client is a newly established joint venture between a leading U.S. beauty corporation and a prominent Korean partner. With exclusive rights to develop and expand a global beauty brand across the APAC region, the company is poised to make a significant impact in the cosmetics industry. Starting with artificial eyelashes and nails in 2025, the company plans to diversify its portfolio to include skincare, beauty devices, and more, positioning itself as a driving force in both domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies for both domestic and international markets, aligning with the companys ambitious growth plans.
- Channel Management: Manage and strengthen relationships with key domestic sales channels, including offline distributors such as H&B stores (e.g., Olive Young), while also expanding presence in international markets.
- Team Leadership: Build and oversee high-performing domestic and international sales teams, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with business goals.
- Market Expansion: Develop and execute market entry strategies for APAC countries, with a strong focus on Southeast Asia, leveraging local distributor networks to maximize market penetration.
- Operational Excellence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive seamless execution of sales initiatives and deliver exceptional results.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in cosmetics sales, with a strong focus on offline distribution channels such as H&B stores (e.g., Olive Young).
- International Exposure: Experience in international cosmetics sales, particularly in the APAC region, with a strong preference for candidates who have established networks with distributors in Southeast Asia.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated success in managing and mentoring sales teams, with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance targets.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to design and execute market-specific strategies to drive growth and establish a competitive advantage.
- Language Skills: Business-level proficiency in English, with strong communication skills to effectively engage with global stakeholders.

- Strong relationships with cosmetics distributors in Southeast Asia.
- Proven experience launching new products in competitive markets.
