As they scale internationally, they are seeking a Senior Global DTC Strategy Manager to join at this pivotal growth stage. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive short and long-term strategic roadmaps for global expansion, with a focus on scaling the company's DTC model in North America, Taiwan, China, and other international markets
  • Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify key growth opportunities and potential challenges in target global markets
  • Transform strategic insights into actionable projects and implementation plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations
  • Drive data-driven decision making by analyzing customer behaviors, market trends, and internal performance metrics
  • Identify and evaluate new business ventures and product categories that align with the company's core values and growth objectives
  • Develop and optimize e-commerce strategies to enhance customer acquisition, conversion, and retention across global markets
  • Partner with the founding team to maintain brand integrity while adapting to diverse international markets
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of strategic initiatives

Key Qualifications

  • 5-20 years of experience in strategic planning for consumer goods brands (especially apparel or baby products) or as a consultant with extensive consumer goods project experience
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful global e-commerce and DTC strategies
  • Proficient in various research methodologies (desk research, interviews, quantitative studies) with strong analytical capabilities to derive meaningful insights from data
  • Experience in multiple strategy development projects including corporate, business, product, and operational strategies
  • Strong presentation skills with proficiency in creating compelling presentations and conducting data analysis through spreadsheets
  • Clear and logical communication abilities, both verbal and written, with focus on demonstrating causal relationships and evidence-based reasoning
  • Business-level English proficiency required for global stakeholder communication
  • Experience developing product strategies while working at SPA or fashion/lifestyle brands (preferred)
  • Prior success in formulating strategies for global business expansion, particularly in North American and Asian markets (preferred)
  • Project management experience leading strategic planning initiatives from conception to implementation (preferred)
  • Understanding of parenting product market trends and consumer behaviors (preferred)
  • Experience in managing and optimizing multi-language e-commerce platforms (preferred)
