Founded in 2020, they have evolved through several strategic phases to establish themselves at the intersection of AI, secure data systems, and healthcare technology.

The company leverages advanced AI and secure data technologies to transform medical data management with a nimble team of 17 professionals, including 6 engineers. With offices in Seoul and New York, they operate globally with a focus on cross-domain expertise.

Position Overview

This is a unique opportunity to work across multiple cutting-edge domains AI/ML, secure data systems, and healthcare. Working directly with the CEO, the Chief of Staff will have significant influence on strategic initiatives while gaining exposure to both revolutionary healthcare solutions and sophisticated financial technology services.

Key Responsibilities

[CEO Support & Prioritization]

• Optimize the CEOs time and focus, managing high-level priorities across VegaX and Eigen Insights.
• Act as a thought partner, providing strategic recommendations and fresh ideas for company growth.
• Ensure seamless execution of business objectives while filtering out low-priority distractions.
• Preemptively identify challenges and propose solutions before they escalate.
• Manage global hours depending on priorities, ensuring that high-impact initiatives move forward efficiently.

[Internal & External Operations Management]

• Maintain alignment between key stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination across both companies.
• Oversee cross-company strategic initiatives, working across AI, finance, and biotech teams.
• Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, investors, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Balance small operational tasks and large-scale initiatives, ensuring everything runs efficiently.
• Keep a pulse on internal culture, performance, and business execution, ensuring both companies scale effectively.

[Investor & Partnership Execution]

• Support fundraising efforts, investor relations, and capital raises across both companies.
• Prepare and refine investment decks, reports, and strategic materials for biotech and AI investors.
• Assist with negotiations, business development, and high-impact partnerships in AI, blockchain, and biotech.
• Ensure the CEO is fully prepared for investor meetings, industry conferences, and key external engagements.

[Execution & High-Impact Project Management]

• Own critical initiatives, ensuring execution from AI model development to biotech partnerships.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive solutions across finance, AI, and biotech R&D teams.
• Oversee high-priority projects, balancing AI-driven biotech research and blockchain-based financial technology.
• Track key business metrics, competitive trends, and emerging opportunities in biotech AI and financial AI.

Key Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Korean (Fluency required).
• No travel restrictionswilling and able to travel frequently.
• Deeply strategic and adaptable, able to shift between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
• Strong understanding of AI, deep learning, and biotech applications in drug discovery.
• Thrives in a high-speed, high-pressure environmentable to manage global priorities effectively.
• No egowilling to handle everything from small operational tasks to high-stakes investor meetings.
• Business acumen in biotech, AI, finance, venture capital, or technology sectors.
• Fast learner with intellectual curiosity about AI-driven biotech, blockchain, and quantitative finance.
