Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the global product strategy for a Web3 community platform, ensuring alignment with organizational and market goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis of blockchain and Web3 trends to identify growth opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Lead the creation of a comprehensive product roadmap, integrating community needs with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI, Development, Marketing, and Business Development, to deliver a seamless and engaging product.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive the go-to-market strategy, including product launches, user acquisition campaigns, and global marketing initiatives.
  • Leverage data analytics and user feedback to refine platform features, improve user experience, and introduce innovative functionalities.
  • Integrate Web3 technologies to create scalable and impactful solutions for a global audience.
Key Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in product strategy, business development, or a related field, with a focus on digital platforms or community ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies in dynamic, global environments.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain, Web3 ecosystems, and community engagement models.
  • Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and business model development.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver results.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, including experience with analytics tools (e.g., SQL or similar platforms).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Preferred: Experience with blockchain-based platforms, Web3 projects, or MICE industry solutions.
