Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, monitor, and evaluate patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Observe, record, and communicate patient conditions to the healthcare team.

• Accurately follow and execute physician and nursing orders.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess and coordinate patient discharge planning.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient care coordination skills.
