Production Supervisor – Ponca City, OK | Manufacturing / Food Production

Shift: 1st (7 AM–5 PM) or 2nd (4 PM–1 AM) M-F, with weekend/OT as needed
Salary: $62K–$75K + Up to 14% bonus potential

Overview:
Join a growing food manufacturing facility as a Production Supervisor! Lead and manage a team of hourly associates to ensure production goals, quality, and safety standards are met. This role is critical in driving efficiency, employee engagement, and operational excellence on the processing floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production operations, ensuring schedules, yields, efficiency, and labor costs are met
• Enforce food safety, plant safety, and risk management protocols
• Lead, train, and develop hourly team members to boost performance and engagement
• Support process improvements, product development, and operational initiatives
• Collaborate with management on training plans, production planning, and workflow optimization

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3+ years progressive supervisory experience in production or manufacturing, preferably in food manufacturing
• Experience managing hourly teams of 10+ employees
• Proven ability to meet production, quality, and safety goals
• Strong leadership, multitasking, and decision-making skills

Nice-to-Have:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree
• Experience in process improvement or product development
• Experience creating and implementing training plans
• Success in increasing employee engagement or resolving labor challenges

Work Environment:

• Loud, hot/cold, refrigerated, and freezer conditions
• Exposure to strong odors common in food production
