Construction Project Administrator
Houston, TX | Full-Time | Construction Management | Procore Required
We are hiring a Construction Project Administrator to support one of our most prestigious industrial/energy accounts in Houston, TX. This role works directly with the Project Manager to coordinate documentation, scheduling, reporting, and vendor communication to keep construction projects on track.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented construction professional with strong Procore and project coordination experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain project documentation, logs, and action item tracking
- Coordinate project meetings and record meeting minutes
- Support project scheduling, reporting, and bid/proposal processes
- Track risks, issues, and project progress
- Manage technical documentation and project closeout activities
- Communicate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of construction project administration, estimating, or construction management experience
- Hands-on experience with Procore
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project)
- Strong communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Experience in industrial or energy sector projects preferred
