Salary: $60K–$70K + Bonus Eligibility

About the Role:
We are seeking a hands-on Workshop Manager & Technical Service Specialist to lead service operations, drive spare parts sales, and manage repairs for gearboxes and winches. This role combines technical expertise, customer service, and sales strategy to ensure top-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on-site service operations: assembly, inspections, and mechanical repairs of gearboxes and winches
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems independently, in-house, and at customer sites
• Manage spare parts sales, quotations, and technical documentation
• Provide customer technical support, consulting, and tailored sales presentations
• Collaborate with inside sales and internal teams to deliver customized solutions
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, sales, and market trends
• Support contract reviews and customer negotiations
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on products and industry standards

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with gearboxes and winches: assembly, maintenance, and repair
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge in drive technology
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair independently in the workshop and the field
• Experience in customer service or field service preferred
• Valid driver's license; willingness to travel domestically and internationally (~35%+)
• Team player with strong communication and customer-focused skills
• Proficient in MS Office; ERP experience (Sage) is a plus
