Location: Osceola, IN (near Elkhart) | Onsite 5 days/week

Overview:
The company is seeking a hands-on Assistant Foreman to support daily pool installation projects. This is a growth opportunity for someone with construction or installation experience who is ready to learn leadership skills, guide a crew, and ensure high-quality, safe installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Foreman with planning, organizing, and executing pool installations
• Lead by example with a strong work ethic and safety-first approach
• Guide and mentor crew members on proper techniques
• Operate excavation and installation equipment safely
• Maintain jobsite readiness: layout, material staging, equipment checks, and cleanup
• Troubleshoot onsite challenges and support timely solutions
• Communicate project needs clearly to the team
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and accountable team environment

Qualifications:
Must-Have:

• 3+ years of construction or installation experience
• Willingness to learn leadership skills and take on increasing responsibility
• Comfortable performing physical work outdoors in all weather
• Basic equipment operation skills with openness to training on specialized tools
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Nice-to-Have:

• Pool installation experience
