About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician with 5+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing environments. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC systems. You will perform scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance, support manufacturing operations, and ensure equipment reliability and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC systems.
  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
  • Operate hand and power tools, including drill presses, band saws, grinders, and hydraulic presses.
  • Perform welding, brazing, and cutting as needed.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while making effective decisions to reduce downtime and repair costs.
  • Follow safety protocols, including lockout/tagout and machine guarding.
  • Maintain equipment documentation, blueprints, and maintenance logs.
  • Train and mentor other maintenance associates when needed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC systems.
  • Proficient in operating hand and power tools.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, drawings, and blueprints.

Working Conditions

  • Manufacturing plant environment – hearing and eye protection required.
  • Long periods of standing.
  • Composite/steel-toed shoes are required on the floor.
