RN Medical / Surgical

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Medical/Surgical Float Pool to join our team in Muskegon, MI. This is a travel nursing opportunity for an experienced RN who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working across diverse medical/surgical units.

Schedule

• Shift: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
• Days: Monday,  Friday (3 shifts per week, 12 hours each)
• Hours: 36 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions to the care team.
• Act as a primary coordinator for interdisciplinary care to ensure well-organized treatment.
• Accurately note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Support discharge planning in collaboration with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience in a medical/surgical or telemetry setting.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Previous travel nurse experience preferred but not required.
