Overview:
We are hiring a results-driven Press Production Supervisor to lead a high-performance production team in a fast-paced, high-volume stamping press environment. This role focuses on safety, continuous improvement, and servant leadership, ensuring production targets, quality, and team engagement are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead stamping press operations to meet aggressive production, quality, and delivery goals.
• Champion a safety-first culture: enforce policies, conduct audits, and investigate incidents.
• Coach, mentor, and empower team members through servant leadership.
• Manage workflow, staffing, and machine utilization to maintain continuous production.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement projects to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to quickly resolve production issues.
• Maintain accurate production, safety, and quality records; report KPIs to management.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years supervising high-volume stamping press or manufacturing operations.
• Proven servant leadership with team development and coaching experience.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
• Experience in a fast-paced, unionized environment preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or Operations preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and stand for long periods.
