Senior Endur Software Developer - Java & Oracle

As an Endur Software Developer V, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level software solutions. This role requires hands-on expertise in Endur, Java, and Oracle interfacing, along with strong leadership skills to mentor teams and define technical strategy.

You will work on complex software projects that challenge your technical skills and provide opportunities to grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design, development, testing, and debugging of sophisticated software solutions
• Define and set the technical direction for major software initiatives
• Architect solutions that align with organizational goals
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define technology strategy
• Mentor and coach development teams and technical leaders
• Troubleshoot complex software and system issues
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience with Endur, Java, and Oracle interfacing (no exceptions or equivalents accepted)
• Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Expert-level proficiency in programming languages and enterprise software technologies
• Extensive experience with software design patterns and large-scale system deployment
• Strong relational database expertise; NoSQL experience a plus
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience in technical teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale energy trading systems
