Bilingual Vietnamese Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and follow up on a large, underutilized lead list using our CRM
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Independently manage your accounts and drive sales growth
• Collaborate with the sales team to diversify and expand the customer base
• Provide exceptional customer service and account management
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records for all interactions and sales activity

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Vietnamese required
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
• Must be able to work on-site during scheduled hours

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Pay: $16.00/hour (based on 40-hour workweek)
• Commission: 3% on all sales to existing and new clients under your management
• Uncapped Earnings: No limit on commission potential
