Location: Parsippany, NJ | Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire | Salary: $60,000+/year (DOE)

Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Litigation Paralegal with 5+ years of experience to join our team. This hands-on role requires expertise in case management, drafting pleadings, and supporting attorneys in all phases of litigation. The ideal candidate is independent, highly organized, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex litigation cases from start to finish
• Draft complaints, motions, discovery documents, and other legal pleadings
• Conduct background reviews and discovery requests
• Manage attorney calendars and coordinate case timelines
• Prepare and document billing narratives to support attorney hours

Qualifications:

• 5+ years litigation paralegal experience (must include discovery, background reviews, and MS Office proficiency)
• Strong drafting skills and ability to manage cases independently
• Billing experience and understanding of narrative documentation
• Personal injury experience preferred (especially if aligned with billing procedures)
• Must be able to work onsite in Parsippany, NJ
