Business Development Representative – B2B Sales (Staffing Industry) | Easton, PA
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (Outside B2B Sales) to join our staffing team in Easton, PA. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on field-based sales and client acquisition across the Lehigh Valley area (25–30 mile radius). A company car is provided for all local travel.
Role Overview
As a Sales / Business Development Manager, you will drive new business growth by engaging decision-makers through direct, face-to-face B2B outreach. You will build and manage client relationships, identify hiring needs, and partner with our recruitment team to deliver effective staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct territory-based B2B outside sales and in-person prospecting
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet targets
- Attend networking events and perform local market outreach
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates
- Negotiate contracts and ensure high client satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with internal recruiting teams
Qualifications
- 2.5–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong background in B2B sales, lead generation, and networking
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Staffing industry experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $53,000 – $57,000/year
- Uncapped commission (up to $20,000+ potential in year one)
- Company car for all local travel
- Cell phone and laptop provided
- No overnight travel – all local Lehigh Valley territory
