RN Medical / Surgical

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Medical/Surgical Unit to join our dedicated healthcare team in Silvis, IL. This is a travel RN opportunity for skilled nurses who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about providing high-quality patient care.

Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM 7:30 AM | 3x12s (36 hours per week, Monday-Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional patient care by implementing and monitoring individualized care plans.
• Accurately monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions to the healthcare team.
• Serve as the primary coordinator of care across all disciplines for seamless, well-coordinated treatment.
• Execute physician and nursing orders efficiently and accurately.
• Assess patient needs and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective discharge planning.

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a Medical/Surgical or Telemetry setting.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Traveler RN experience preferred.
