Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, disassemble, repair, and reassemble a wide range of AC/DC electric motors, generators, gearboxes, pumps, and other rotating equipment
• Perform electrical and mechanical diagnostics using tools like multimeters, high-pot testers, growlers, micrometers, and calipers
• Conduct failure analysis and provide detailed documentation and reporting of findings
• Perform both in-shop and occasional on-site repairs, following OEM, EASA, and customer specifications
• Maintain accurate testing and inspection records, ensuring final quality checks meet industry standards
• Follow strict electrical and mechanical safety procedures during all work tasks

Qualification:

• 13 years of hands-on experience repairing and rebuilding industrial electric motors (automotive motor experience not applicable)
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Familiarity with safety procedures and compliance in an industrial environment
