Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities? We're seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! In this rewarding role, you'll use your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to improve the lives of children and families through meaningful interventions and collaborative care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Provide direct clinical supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ensure high-quality implementation of behavior plans.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to coordinate care and generalize treatment across environments (IEPs, ISPs, school teams).
- Monitor and adjust behavior plans based on data collection and progress tracking.
- Train and support RBTs and BCaBAs, ensuring all interventions follow BACB, HIPAA, and funding guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports for clinical services and funding compliance.
- Attend and contribute to clinical team meetings, both in person and virtually.
- Stay up to date with best practices, licensing regulations, and organizational protocols.
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA Certification (Required)
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Proven experience in ABA therapy, including conducting assessments and writing behavior plans
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficient with data collection systems and reporting tools
- Knowledge of HIPAA, state and federal regulations, and ethical standards of care
- Physical ability to support clients in various settings
