We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Staff Accountant to join our client's dynamic team. Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and plan individual and corporate income taxes
  • Compile and review financial statements
  • Handle bookkeeping, payroll, and sales tax returns
  • Participate in audits and special projects
  • Maintain client confidentiality and compliance standards

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of public accounting experience (REQUIRED)
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (REQUIRED)
  • Proficient with Lacerte, Ultra Tax, Accounting CS, and QuickBooks
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
