Project Manager - Construction

Are you a hands-on, organized, and experienced construction professional ready to take your career to the next level? We are currently seeking a Project Manager with 4-6 years of experience in construction project management, preferably with a background in horizontal construction, to lead and manage exciting infrastructure projects across Rancho Cordova and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and communicate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• Compile accurate cost estimates by analyzing material, labor, equipment, transportation, and subcontractor costs.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and ensure the timely delivery of all phases.
• Supervise construction crews and ensure projects meet budget, safety, and quality standards.
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site, including contract disputes and logistical concerns.
• Track change orders and manage all additional work documentation.
• Support office staff with billing, documentation, and administrative tasks.
• Handle multiple ongoing projects, typically ranging from 45 days to 1 year in duration.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of construction project management experience (horizontal construction preferred).
• Strong background in project planning, estimating, and coordination.
• Proven track record of stable employment and successful project delivery.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well in a team environment.
